Palm Beach Post Opinion columnist Sally Swartz reports on former Martin County Commissioner Maggy Hurchalla’s remarks in advance of the weekend’s conference on Everglades restoration.
“If God hadn’t liked wetlands,Ms. Hurchalla told more than 50 residents at the Environmental Studies Center in Jensen Beach Tuesday evening, “He wouldn’t have made so many of them.”
