PORT ST. LUCIE — A woman is facing a battery charge after reportedly pinching her husband during an argument on Wednesday.

The 53-year-old man told police his wife, Tetyana Meyer, 32, had pinched him in his left arm during an argument that afternoon. The man said the pinch left a mark and he wanted to press charges against his wife. He declined medical treatment.

McNicholas, who has participated in many political campaigns and controversies in Martin County, was arrested in June after an argument between himself and his fiancée escalated, and she accused McNicholas of throwing a liquid soap bottle at her, striking her in the ribs and then grabbing her by the wrist, briefly preventing her from leaving their condo, according to police reports.
