Port St. Lucie man arrested on lewdness charge; mom finds him hiding under bed of 15-year-old daughter
Friday, October 2nd, 2009 by TCPalm.comPORT ST. LUCIE — A 19-year-old man accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl was arrested Thursday morning on a felony charge, an arrest affidavit states.
Joseph John Waller, of the 1000 block of Southwest Coleman Avenue, was arrested just after 2 a.m. on a charge of lewd or lascivious offense committed upon a person under 16.
The victim’s mother found Waller trying to hide under the victim’s bed when she checked on her daughter between 1 a.m. and 1:10 a.m., police said.
