If they stopped bullcrapping around with irrevelant people, we would have alot more resources to go after the people who need to be shot, let alone put in jail. If you have a person in your neighborhood who is causing problems or having alot of UNWANTED traffic in your neighborhood, something needs to be done. All these retarted gangbangers with their guns, need to go. Yet alot of the people dont't have parents, and are forced to let the streets raise them. No real opportunity for success has ever presented itself to some of the young people, and that is a true crime. Comment on Port St. Lucie kindergarten student earns ‘dolphin dollars’ cleaning bathroom, mom complains by G http://www.tcoasttalk.com/2009/11/05/port-st-lucie-kindergarten-student-earns-dolphin-dollars-cleaning-bathroom-mom-complains/comment-page-1/#comment-28102 G Sat, 07 Nov 2009 16:04:04 +0000 http://www.tcoasttalk.com/?p=8623#comment-28102 I would have to agree with Richard G. Kids who haven't been trained to use the restrooms by the time they are in kindergarten need additional training before being sent into a full classroom. A teacher does not have the time to go clean up a restroom while watching a room full of 5 year olds. Wouldn't everyone have been equally appalled if the teacher had left the room to go check out the restroom? This is a lose, lose situation for the teacher. Maybe the restrooms should be patroled on a regular basis by the janitors and the parents of kids in the schools can pay extra for this additional service. Also, to I. Maze, who finds it so degrading to be a janitor. Aren't you arrogant. It is an honest job that needs to be done. Get off your high horse. I would have to agree with Richard G. Its not that people that are selling drugs don't need to be prosecuted, but if you are going to prosecute a drug dealer, make sure it does some good. That lady that got arrested is not going to put a stop to any problem, not even a dent. Society in a whole dosen't want the drug problem to cease, especially the government. If they did, they wouldn't make such a huge fuss about some drugs sting where they put up survellience and used who knows how much manpower to arrest a woman with 100 or so pills. They are sometimes 200 pills in one perscription. Grab the people who really do damage in our society. If the small time dealer can't get their hands on drugs to sell, we would reduce the drug problem. Lord knows they don't have money to buy any quantitity of any drug. Kill the supply and alot of people's problems would disappear over time. Sorry for you problems Funk, I really feel for you. Comment on St. Lucie County teacher who had autistic boy voted out of classroom set to return to school by G http://www.tcoasttalk.com/2009/11/05/st-lucie-county-teacher-who-had-autistic-boy-voted-out-of-classroom-set-to-return-to-school/comment-page-1/#comment-28100 G Sat, 07 Nov 2009 15:49:01 +0000 http://www.tcoasttalk.com/?p=8630#comment-28100 The children and parents in the public school system in Pt. St. Lucie should all be glad that the disruptive kids are removed and taken to some sort of "private" school, where they can be catered to at someone else's expense (or are we, the stupid taxpayer also picking up the tab for this, also). If my child was being bullied by someone, even if they were subsequently diagnosed with some autism ailment, I'd file a restraining order against the bully. There is no reason that everyone has to be subjected to bad behavior. I am so tired of hearing about this pitiful excuse of a publicity seeking, it's all about me and my brood, parent. Who is watching out for the rest of the children? Or does no one care that everyone else is dumb as a brick as long as little bully, disruptive Johnny/Jane feels good about him/herself? The teacher shouldn't have the kids vote out the disruptive kid. The kid should just be removed from the classroom, permanently, by the administration....if they had any ..... Teachers are there to teach, not to have to be parents, pshchologists, doctors, disiplinarians, and on and on. The children and parents in the public school system in Pt. Comment on Stuart Attorney Udell disbarred by Mark Ginsburg http://www.tcoasttalk.com/2009/10/30/stuart-attorney-udell-disbarred/comment-page-1/#comment-28098 Mark Ginsburg Sat, 07 Nov 2009 14:17:17 +0000 http://www.tcoasttalk.com/?p=8529#comment-28098 I grew up in the town of Hewlett, NY. His family lived around the corner from my family. My mother was friendly with his mother and my father did business with his father. They were very nice people. I even remember their black and white toy poodle. He had an older brother who was a couple of years younger than myself. As I remember, Robert was a very tiny boy for his age and was several years younger than myself. I did not know him very well. I believe both brothers graduated from Lynbrook High School. I also think they had a younger sister. I saw segments of Robert defending clients on television. In my opinion, he was one of the worst attorneys I have seen. I think private attorneys take on these cases without receiving much pay, for the publicity or because they cannot earn enough money through their own efforts, or both. Over the years, I have had my own negative experiences with different attorneys. I cannot cast the first stone, but I think Shakespeare may have been correct about most attorneys. What is more applauding is the fact that she did not look at the mess FIRST!! Honestly, she deserves to be suspended immediately. a 6year old WOW! Comment on Grand jury indicts Kobie Gary on federal charges of growing marijuana by Ray Zaballa http://www.tcoasttalk.com/2009/11/06/grand-jury-indicts-kobie-gary-on-federal-charges-of-growing-marijuana/comment-page-1/#comment-28096 Ray Zaballa Sat, 07 Nov 2009 10:30:39 +0000 http://www.tcoasttalk.com/?p=8648#comment-28096 Please note that it was OK for Rush Limpbrain from Palm Beach to get away with allegedly buying POUNDS of oxycontin - he is white and very wealthy and famous. The republican fascists in charge at that time let him get away with it. Pain killers are addicting and kill many people each year. Now we have a couple of black guys growing a weed which recently has been described as being less toxic than sugar. Most people in politics and most police officers have tried pot and know that the laws against pot are unjust. The real crime is the laws themselves. I urge everyone to look up JURY NULLIFICATION on google and then when called to jury duty to keep their mouths shut and simply acquit people charged under the current pot laws. This is a punishment happy society and the public has been bombarded by anti-pot propaganda and lies since the KKK and what amounts to the American Religious Taliban joined forces and outlawed pot when it was perceived that Mexicans and blacks were the main users back during the 1920's. We need to build schools and hospitals - not more prisons. It is time to dismantle the prison-industrial complex. The trillion dollars in yesteryears dollars squandered on the war against drugs would better have been spent on a health care system. It would have been much better to treat the drug issue as a medical problem instead of a criminal issue. William F. Buckley and other intellectuals called for the legalization of pot. There is an entire economy that revolves around keeping drugs illegal and it is called the prison-industrial complex. Furthermore if we have drug tests for garbagemen and retail clerks than why do we not test politicians and executives and people elected as sheriff, etc., ? Why not test those whose actions really make a difference ? It will cost $50,000 a year of taxpayer's money to incarcerate these guys for doing something that is now legal in other states. In the meantime there are plenty of unsolved murders in PB County. Over 100,000 folks die every year from prescription drugs - NO ONE has ever died from smoking pot. The police need to find something better to do. The prison-industrial complex is hungry for more victims. What of waste of police time and taxpayer’s money to enforce archaic laws based on bad science from the 1920’s.
