Let's attach each invidiual's access to all social benefits (fire prevention, national security, food and drug admin., waste management, use of all public roads, etc. etc.) with random drug testing. If you ever test postive, you can no longer receive any benefit paid for with tax dollars. While unions do have a tendency to take away individual competition and individual excellence, getting high on your moral grandstand is about as asinine as one can get. As we all know, great parents always produce great children....right!

Tom B.... Good idea! Let's begin by linking welfare payments to passing random drug tests. Just like so many of us have to do to keep our jobs.

How about using the same system for parents that receive state benefits. Base their welfare and food stamp benefits on how well their child or children do in school. Learning starts at home. Start making all parents have responsibility for their children.
