Man forced sex on 14-year-old Vero Beach girl dozens of times, report says
March 2nd, 2010 by TCPalm.comVERO BEACH — A 32-year-old man faces four felony sexual battery charges after a 14-year-old girl told investigators he had sex with her dozens of times, according to an arrest affidavit released Monday.
Arrested Sunday, Dennis Ray Mitchell, of the 2800 block of First Street Southwest, called 911 and said he needed to turn himself in. Asked why, he said, “child molesting, I guess,” an affidavit states.
The girl told Indian River County sheriff’s investigators he began touching her inappropriately in August 2008 when she was 12. The incidents escalated to the point that after the summer of 2009, he had sex with her “at least twice a week until February 2010,” the affidavit states.
The girl said she told no one because Mitchell threatened to kill her family if she did so.

Now that this fool has turned himself in they needs to find the parent of thus chikd and investigate them as well. How a parent would allow he child of any age to roam the streets. I am quite sure that simeone knew that this activity was going on. The people in the community knew about this sick fool but, didn’t do anything to protect this child. one thing that, I know once a person molest a child there arr other victims. So when they investigate all of the others will come forth. I personally don’t trust any of the fools, So I say killed the fool or thurn him over to some real parents. Come on Madea.

That jail inmate that just killed the child rapist he was sharing a cell with is in need of a new roommate. I say throw the self admitted child rapist in with him and everything will be taken care of.
