Man accused of showing porn video to 13-year-old, giving her pot

PORT ST. LUCIE — A local man accused of showing a teen girl a pornographic Paris Hilton video and giving her marijuana and alcohol faces several charges, according to arrest affidavits released Thursday.

Police arrested William Anthony Ziemba, 36, late Tuesday on charges including exposing child to an obscene motion picture, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, battery, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The victim told police that in 2008 — when she was 13 — she asked Ziemba about pornography out of curiosity. She said she and Ziemba watched the “Paris Hilton Video,” which she said shows people engaged in a variety of sex acts, police said.
She also said she was in a vehicle in 2008 with Ziemba and Ziemba’s friend as the latter two smoked marijuana, the affidavit stated. She said Ziemba, of the 1100 block of Southwest Sudder Avenue, passed the pot to her and that she smoked it, she told police.
The girl, now 14, told police she’s declined Ziemba’s offers of marijuana on other occasions, though she told them he made her an alcoholic beverage when she was 13.
Ziemba told investigators he watched the “Paris Hilton” video with the victim after she asked him about pornography. He also said “they smoked marijuana together” while riding in a vehicle with a friend, the affidavit stated.
Ziemba went to a closet and got the video and gave it to police.
Ziemba denied any inappropriate touching during the incidents, but the victim said he “slapped and pinched” her backside and called her “sexy,” the affidavit said.
Investigators said they found marijuana, a glass bong and a glass pipe on a back patio that Ziemba said belonged to him.

Actually it took two (2) years for the victim to report these incidents, which took place in 2008 and the guy was arrested in 2010. Wouldn’t that make her 15? Maybe he could get Epstein’s defense team together, just sayin…

Wake up parents!!! At thirteen years old why was she allowed somuch time out on her own. Where were her mother, and father while all this was going on? Don’t get me wrong! The guy is a freak!! If it was my kid he would not have made it to jail!!!!

I have Mike, and she wasn’t hanging out with 36 year olds. It sounds like you are the same kind of parent. “I can’t watch them all the time, I’m busy with myself”. If you can’t protect them, don’t have them. Just more self absorbed parenting.

I committed to having kids and also to getting them to 18. We are always together or with an adult family member. My 13 year old would not have 1 occasion to meet a 36 year old, let alone many chances to drive around, etc. For 18 years you have to know where they are 24 hours a day, thats the price. This 13 year old was most likely lost by age 7, long ago.

I agree with William Bailey. This is a parent issue. Not excusing this creep one bit, but it is a parent’s responsibility to know where their children are at all times. I’m guessing that their mom or dad are not up for parent of the year awards. Guys like the accused are sick, but parents like this poor girls should be incarcerated!

I am the 1st Mike! I have raised kids, mine are 23 and 19.
If they went out I knew with who and were! If they said they were spending the night some place I got a number and called that evening to talk with a parent to confirm. Too many parents these days are lazy and stupid!!!! They say they believe their kids and they don’t lie! thats a easy way out when something happens! AND she could still be 14, we don’t when in 2008 it happened, But she could be making it up the sex part, But the pot made him do it, thats why he admitted to it!

honestly everyones looking at the picture as bluntly as possible. I mean she must have knew him from before. who else would ask a random person about porn and then smoke pot with him.but if she doesn’t know him then its the girls fault and i say don’t penalize the guy.
