Unfortunately when our legal system goes easy on teenagers and the parents refuse to teach their children right from wrong this is what we end up with. Obviously, this young man has not learned his lesson where vehicles and speed are concerned. Hopefully this time the legal system will hold him accountable for his actions. Just think, someone else could have died all because a young kid is reckless and does not value life.

This just goes to show how screwed up our laws are. This person is free on bond after having killed four people. How did he get off the first time? Let’s set him free to kill more!
