Enterprise Florida showed DALE BRILL AND THE GOVERNOR over and over that tis project is a dog and it did NOT meet state statutes to be awarded a dime. So what do they do, re-write law to meet their political need. Textor wanted $150 million but settled for $20? Makes no sense. This is political payback for spring board charlie.
