		<description>Not many stories like this anymore. Thank you Sgt. Gilligan and Det. Summers and to VFW Post 4194 and Bill Shaw still a proud Veteran. As a Veteran  of the Korean War 1950-53 there are many times when I am wearing my Navy cap, people look the other way as they are passing. Again, thank you Det Summers and Sgt Gilligan for a "JOB WELL DONE" by two proud and concerned men.</description>
