Flu shot clinic this morning in Stuart

The YMCA and Walgreens are getting together to offer the flu shot to adults from 8 a.m. to noon today. Go to the YMCA, 1700 S.E. Monterey Road, Stuart, 8 a.m.- noon, Sept. 14. Ages 18 years and older, $25; free with Medicare Part B. Those with Medicare Part A were asked to stop by the Ocean Blvd. Walgreens Pharmacy to fill out paperwork at least one week prior to the clinic.

These shots are for the standard winter flu. A swine flu vaccine is expected to arrive later in the season.
