I wanted to thank the Palm Beach Post and Susan for their wonderful article. I also wanted to thank Dan T. for his bursting energy.
I want to make it clearer that the BMX track idea was not my brain child. What was my brain child is the PSL BMX Association. We are a not for profit given permission to run the track by Invincibles Paintball. Who could have just as easily made the track for profit. The NFP option brings so much more to the community than just a track. I also want to say I did not do a thing with the City Council and as lightly mentioned in the article, Invincibles Paintball was the key figure in procuring the land.
Another key figure is Sprockets on Port St. Lucie Blvd.. Their support through the process and dedicated service to the track are invaluable. Sprockets worked with the City to get the main load of dirt needed to build the track.
I am working with the NBL to sanction, build, and run the track.
This effort is a community effort that goes back many years. When I approched the NBL about a track in Port St. Lucie, they jokingly said "not again". However, I can not fully qualify the debt of gratitude PSL BMX has to Vince from Invincibles Paintball and Louie at Sprockets.
Thank you Vince and Louie.

Count me in!!!! We have four very active children that would absolutely benefit from this. We are avid quad and dirt bike riders and we all know how few and far between the trails are for that so we are turning to these trails....I'm so excited. I will help in any way!!!!

My son and I noticed a web address that was "published" on Michael's car a few weeks ago while he was driving around town. Since that day we've goten involved with the cause and I have volunteered, and been accepted, to be the Assistant Track Director. To say that we are excited would be an understatment. Both of my son's are rookie racers and we've commuted to West Palm to participate in NBL BMX, but with the ecomomy being what it is, have been forced to put the kid's hobby on hold. I can't thank Michael, his wife Stephanie, Vince from Invincibles Paintball, Louie from Sprokets and the PSL City Council for believing in the idea. I truly look forward to working hard to make this track a reality for all the citizens of Port St. Lucie and to watching the kids enjoy themselves, and get a work-out in the process.
