Feds: Port St. Lucie man caught with half million child porn images
April 27th, 2009 by TCPalm.comPORT ST. LUCIE — A 22-year-old Port St. Lucie man has been charged in federal court with transporting child pornography after authorities found more than half a million child pornographic images on his computer hard drive, according to a news release Friday from the U.S. Department of Justice.
Jason David Bingham was detained Friday in Miami without bond and his arraignment is set for April 28.
On Feb. 15, police officers in Germany notified federal officials after receiving pornographic images, which were traced to Bingham, the release states.
Bingham admitted to downloading and trading child pornography on the Internet. Authorities found 577,943 images of children, some infants, engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to fight the increase of child sexual exploitation and abuse that launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.

Anyone involved in making, sending or participating in child porn should go to prison for life, no second chances. It is because of these sickos that get off on watching tiny children being sexually assaulted, that it keeps perpetuating. I believe they would think twice about trading, making, receiving or participating in anyway, if they knew there were no second chances. Our children are not safe as long as they are out there with these sick compulsions.
