One person dead from I-95 accident in Port St. Lucie

One person died in an accident on Interstate 95 southbound in Port St. Lucie just before 10 p.m. tonight, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
One southbound lane remained open after emergency units responded near mile-marker 127. There was no immediate information on the identity of the victim or how many vehicles were involved.

my name is krystal gerhardt i grew up with her when she lived on st george street sorry i didn’t make it but she will be missed and loved and ther isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of her since this tragic accident and i found out that this had happened. my prayers goes out to her and her family and all of her friends like me and everyone who loved her as much as we all did. she always brightened up the room when she came in and filled are hearts with joy. love Krystal Gerhardt
