I seems that they will probably wait another 10 years for other buildings to be built thanks too the developers financial situation. It seems that the Officials of PSL don't check the creditability of the people they do business with. Thisis a vision of the Elected Idiots of PSL not the residents. What a waste of $25 million of taxpayers money. The officials in PSL do get everything done by lies and deception and have no repour with their constuients The elected officials have waited 5 years for a downtown.
