November 21st, 2008 by Ana X. Ceron

A Hobe Sound man was arrested after a teen found him unresponsive on the floor of his Stuart home on Thursday.

The 16-year-old boy opened his apartment door shortly after 3:30 p.m. and found 18-year-old Robert Ryne Kriske on the floor of the home on Jake Court, according to a news release from Stuart police.

Police arrived at the apartment just as Kriske had risen and was trying to leave. He later fought with officers and was taken into custody, the release states.

Kriske faces charges of burglary, marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Martin County jail on $6,000 bail.
