PORT ST. LUCIE — The city plans to unveil its civic center, the crown jewel of its downtown development, with a week of events next month. The $25 million center, which sits at the corner of US 1 and Walton Road, has a recreational center, an art gallery, a banquet facility, a cafe and full-size kitchen and ballrooms in about 100,000-square-feet of space.
