STUART — A 12-year-old boy was arrested last week on a battery charge for allegedly peeing on another student at Stuart Middle School.

The boy was in a school bathroom with three other students on Oct. 21 when he told them he could urinate all over the wall, according to a Martin County Sheriff’s report. He then proceeded to do so, urinating on a 13-year-old boy in a stall next to him.

The incident was reported to a school official, who told a sheriff’s deputy. The boy was released to a parent.
