FORT PIERCE - The St. Lucie County Parks and Recreation Department will offer lunchtime Tai Chi at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The classes start in November at the Havert L. Fenn Center at 2000 Virginia Ave. and cost $55 per month. Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength and increase energy and feelings of well-being. For more information, call 772-462-1521.
