Caroline Kennedy is expected to attend a Vote for Change rally at 11:45 a.m. Thursday in Port St. Lucie. She will attend the rally in support of Barack Obama at St. James Orthodox Church at 2201 SE Airoso Blvd. Later that day, she is scheduled to attend early vote rallies in West Palm Beach.
